Group 3 with Mrs Finlayson

What a fantastic day! After a hearty breakfast, we set off and climbed 653 metres up to High Spy, Scardel Fell and then onto  Maiden Moor. There was ice on the small tarn just below the summit. We stopped for hot chocolate and lunch along the way. We even saw three roe deer!
